Ownly is a New Zealand real estate platform for licensed, experienced agents. A 10% franchise fee applies per sale; you keep 90% of the remainder up to $1m GCI and 100% above it, with brand, website, operations and support included.

Agent supervision under REAA 2008
Section 50 of the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 requires every salesperson doing agency work to be properly supervised by a licensed agent or branch manager. You do not need an agent's licence to run your own brand. Ownly provides licensed branch manager supervision as part of the model.
