From sales to Ownly
Mitch started in direct sales at 19 to get better at connecting with people. At 22 he launched his first business, grew it to more than 50 people across three locations, then made the hard call to shut it down during Covid. He moved to New Zealand, worked as an agent and investor, and spent that time listening to what agents actually struggle with, from first-year salespeople to the top of the board.
