What to do when you get agreed CONTRACT in Eagle

From the properties dashboard go to the Dashboard/Contracts Section

Add a contract

Enter all the fields, most are compulsory

except chattels, (just for your records) finance,  finance date and lender. Notes are also just for your records.

There are non compulsory fields for you to communicate with accounts regarding deposit. e.g if there is no deposit etc.

You will need to enter solicitors as contacts.

Account will add the NZRET release date once known.

Once you have entered the contract details you can use the edit button any time.
You must add the signed SAP and the signed Buyer Info Pack and Vendor disclosure for compliance sign-off.  Add them into the listing document area under images /docs but MAKE SURE only visible to the Vendor. Keith can access it from there.

 

Keith will receive a automatic notification that a new contract has been added and will check the notes, review and advise you if anything is amiss.

 

Very important: The tick boxes along the top can only be ticked when the action happens. (Some trigger automations)
Accounts will tick that the deposit is received.

 

YOU tick the All conditions met button once you receive word that the properties is SOLD 🙂 🙂  (Accounts is then notified and loaded into NZRET and sends your buyer the deposit payment information.
You can also turn on your Automations to congratulate the Vendor and Buyer. REVIEW/CHECK with Rebecca to turn on/off

You can access all your current contracts and see a overview of the stage they are at from the contract tab on the left. Very handy.
