Eagle offers a service at a fee per upload sheet to take the data you have extracted from your current CRM and manipulate it into the format that they need to import it into Eagle.
Separate sheets are inputted for contacts, appraisals, addresses and you can also input tasks.
Eagle has advised you should just try to export as much data as you can with as many columns as you can. See the attached CRM specific sheet.
If you take advantage of the data import service Eagle will manipulate the data for you into a format they can import so you don’t have to worry too much about it.

The advice & timeline vary depending on the system from which the data import originates.
Our general advice is as below;
In the software under [Setting > Data Import] there are example CSV files that show the column format that data is required to match to be imported automatically into Eagle. (attached examples)
Any data that is already in this format can be immediately imported into the system from the same screen. There are also some instructions available for each data type.
As you know, Eagle does offer the service of transforming data into our format and importing it for NZD$165 per spreadsheet and I have attached a file below that outlines the work involved for transforming data from different providers as well as rough timelines.
This does not cover all providers, only our most common import sources. We will be adding to this as we gather larger sample sizes from other providers.
