Listing Extensions

When extending listings it is important that you load your listing extension form and updated CMA into the note section on the property and trigger Keith to review as part of our compliance checks. Pin the note to the top.

 

Upload the forms as you do for the initial listing paperwork and there is new automation triggering an email to Keith to review.

 

Trigger sending Keith an email as follows. On your listing: Hit add automation, select the trigger Keith extension check, and then just hit run.

 

Keith will then recieve an email so that the complaince check can be ticked off.
