How to use the Sold on Kapiti’s Post Appraisal template that has been cloned into your account.

3. Sold on Kapiti’s follow-up after appraisal email template. 
I have had SOK’s template cloned into all of your accounts. (If it is not there yet, it will be this week)
As this was a custom project with SOK, you must change this to your preferences. I can help you with this if you would like to utilise this, but I recommend these steps first.
1, Go into Eagle and locate the template to ensure it is there. (Let me know next week if not)

2. Review the example email I sent you so you know what you want to change.

 
3. Understand how you will send this to be sure it fits your process.

Under Groups, Select Appraisal, Scroll down and hit Save and next.

Then confirm recipients, Hit Select NONE to unselect everyone and then just find the only recipient. Scroll down Save and Next

Now select the Post Appraisal Template. (Save and Next)

Name the campaign, ensure you send it from yourself, and enter a subject.

Down in the content of the email template, you can then click into all the text boxes and edit your script.

Put any new PDF’s you want to send in designer and make a flipping book, and get a URL link

SIMPLY SAVE AND SEND AND TRACK OPENS AND CLICK THROUGHS
 
IMPORTANT
If you decide you would like to set one of these up. I can help you. Schedule a meeting here  Before you do, you will need. 
1. Decide on the video you want at the top and have the youtube or vimeo link ready.
2. Decide what screenshot on the video you want as what is visible to click.
3. Purchase a desigerr product $27 Bargain deal CLICK here
4. Have loaded your Marketing Collateral to make flipping books.
5. Have a good idea about any changes you want to make to your template.
