How to load your Property Marketing / Payment Policy

Page 13 of the Listing Agreement is a Marketing Order Form.  A copy of the form can be left with the owner as an Invoice for payment. You complete per your Packages or individual line items.

The Order form contains the ownly marketing bank account number for Vendor Funded Marketing. Either your Vendor is required to pay the marketing costs prior to launch or if you are funding the campaign, you are required to fund this upfront also so when the ownly accounts department is billed, the funds are available. If the campaign is agent funded you may also transfer money to this account or for convenience if you note it is agent funded, we can debit your credit card automatically.

Please use the Property Description tab to make notes regarding payment arrangements. It is essential you use this field to advise accounts who is paying.

If the campaign is agent funded you can enter “agent funded please debit my cc”
If the campaign is split, please detail who is paying what.

You can use the notes field to keep accounts updated on anything you need to.

To load your advertising details into the property, go to the Dashboard, then the advertising field and then load a Package field. All your Brand specific Packages will be there as a drop-down. These can be edited anytime from Admin/Advertising

When you click add, they all populate. You can toggle the GST inclusive and exclusive amounts by using the red button.

If you make a mistake, this area is very easy to adjust. You can delete line items, add miscellaneous one of items etc.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT IT ACCURATELY REFLECTS what we will be invoiced. 🙂

If additional marketing is booked and added throughout a property campaign that may be extra. Don’t worry accounts will update your campaign accordingly and on charge if necessary, however, it is your responsibility to have it loaded correctly initially. 🙂 THANK YOU So MUCH
