Compliance New Listing Approval
Keith, Sam and I have reviewed the Listing compliance process to remove roadblocks for you and save you time.
Based on your level of experience and the calibre of ownly agents, it has been decided that you do not need to “request” launch approval and wait for it before pushing your listings. Keith will receive an automatic notification to review the listing once you have marked it ACTIVE and it has gone live.
Obviously, you still must ensure AML has been completed before launch, but as long as you are certain you have received a PASS email for all Vendors, you may proceed. There is certainly still Keith’s oversite and management in this as he records all AML results and works with you well before Launch to ensure this requirement is met.
Keith will only reach out to advise of any recommendations/issues if needed.
Keith will tag the listing once he has conducted a review, but this is just an internal process for record keeping. You will see a COMPLIANCE Check Completed TAG.
Please ensure you load:
- Agency Agreement
- CMA
- Tittle and Instruments
- Completed Buyer Information Pack (disclosures)
into the document section of Eagle and mark them as visible ONLY to Vendors /or as appropriate if you wan the buyers to be able to see te title and PIP.
This will further streamline the process, and you will find it useful to send those documents to Vendors post-listing.
